What is your return policy?

Products can be returned within 2 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To return, courier the product to:
Bqueen
Matara, Sri Lanka.

Ensure lids are tightly sealed and include your order number for processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial refunds may apply for damaged returns.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 1 days of receipt.

Email us at info@bqueen.lk with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or refund at no additional cost.

Contact us immediately after placing an order to request changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

If cancellation is not possible, mark the package as “Return to Sender.” Refunds will be issued upon return.

Most orders are shipped within one business day of ordering. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via Standard Shipping. We do ship on weekends or public holidays as well.
